Phoenix Raig
(He/Him)
-
Hello! My name is Phoenix Raig.
I am a writer of children’s literature, speculative fiction, poetry, and anything else I feel like taking a run at.
I am the proud founder of Bent Light Writing. On top of helping many books onto stronger versions of themselves through Fiverr, Bent Light Writing has also edited for independent publishing houses around Australia.
I am a Co-founder of Precipice Fiction, a small independent publishing house. We put out our first anthology last year—The New Mythic. My story/novella, Enter Elias Schmidt, went on to be nominated for an Aurealis Award, Australia’s premier speculative fiction award.
I’m proudly represented by Beyond Words Literary Agency for a children’s book manuscript that we’re working to sell as well.
I love watching a story transform and align with the author’s vision. I find editing to be a deeply beautiful and personal experience.

Josefa Delpin
(She/Her)

I´m Josefa Delpin!
I’m originally from Chile, now living in Spain, with a few different places in between.
I´ve worked with kids, teaching them yoga and swimming, which empowered me to study childcare.
I love creating workshops around different topics, like meditation, stress release, and—most recently—sexual energy and how it can help us connect with ourselves.
I’m an explorer by nature, and you´ll often find me hiking, cycling, swimming, or walking around.
I´m also very passionate about food which, combined with my exploratory nature, has me always in search of a new vegan place to try.

James Healy
-
I’m James Healy, an Irish-born writer of science fiction, horror and historical fiction.
Storytelling is an important form of expression and connecting to others. Travelling and working in different countries across a range of industries has shown me how everyone has their own unique journey and story to tell.
I’m a co-founder of Precipice Fiction, a small independent publishing house. Our first release —The New Mythic—was nominated for two Aurealis Awards, Australia’s foremost speculative fiction award.
I like to believe the reason we developed language is to better share our thoughts, feelings and experiences through stories, and I love working with others towards achieving that goal.
-
I am happy to provide authenticity insight into the following experiences:
Irish culture and lifestyle
Elder care and palliative care
Caring for people / family members with dementia, Alzheimer’s or physical disabilities
The construction industry (working on a construction site or within a team)
Martial arts training and competing (Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Krav Maga).

I'm El, and I love to create a life full of connection and unexpectedness. I am a published writer with a piece in the poetry anthology, "I Write the Body", and have been editing since doing it as a job to complement my university studies. I find myself writing everything from poetry to non-fiction, website content and event plans.
I've lived a life rich with experience, from Opal mining underground in Outback Australia to travelling through Pakistan while it was closed to international travel to coordinating international Sex on Premises Queer Sauna Parties. I founded a creative collective, Kaleidoscope Collective, to make space for gender queer creative expression and I am always looking for new ways to be immersed in a world that we create together.
